Rules and Eligibility.

RULE ONE — AWARDS DEFINITIONS

1. The Stay Awards is an annual hospitality awards program celebrating outstanding guest experiences and excellence in comfort, service, and stay quality.
2. Awards are announced through official channels and may be presented at an annual ceremony.
3. Categories and any special distinctions are published for each edition.

RULE TWO — ELIGIBILITY 

1. Eligibility is subject to these Rules and any category-specific guidelines published for the relevant Awards year.
2. The Stay Awards is open to hospitality properties including city hotels, resorts, and boutique stays.
3. To be eligible, a property must be operational, welcoming guests during the Awards year, and able to deliver the experience relevant to the categories entered.
4. The Stay Awards may request clarifications or supporting evidence to confirm eligibility and claims made in an entry.

RULE THREE — THE AWARDS YEAR & DEADLINES

1. The qualifying period (“Awards Year”) and all submission deadlines are published annually on the official website.
2. Submissions are accepted only within official windows (Early / Regular / Late).
3. Entries received after the final deadline will not be accepted, unless otherwise announced by The Stay Awards.

RULE FOUR — WHO CAN SUBMIT

1. Submissions may be made by the property owner, general management, marketing/PR team, or any officially authorized representative.
2. By submitting, the entrant confirms they have authority to represent the property and that all information provided is accurate.

RULE FIVE — SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Eligibility is contingent on a completed online submission (“Official Entry”) and all required supporting materials.
2. Materials may include property details, category selections, photos/videos, menus, policies, service standards, and any category-specific evidence requested on the portal.
3. Incomplete entries may be returned for revision or deemed ineligible.

RULE SIX — MULTIPLE PROPERTIES & CATEGORIES

1. Hotel groups may submit multiple properties, provided each property is submitted as a separate entry.
2. A property may enter multiple categories, provided each category submission meets the relevant requirements.

RULE SEVEN — FEES & PAYMENT

1. The Stay Awards applies a tiered entry fee structure (Early / Regular / Late).
2. All fees are payable via the official submission platform and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
3. Fee schedules and category options are provided upon request or as published by The Stay Awards.

RULE EIGHT — EVALUATION & RESULTS

1. Entries are assessed through a criteria-based evaluation designed to reward excellence in guest experience.
2. Depending on the category and edition, evaluation may include review of submitted materials, expert scoring, and additional verification steps for shortlisted entries.
3. Submitting an entry does not guarantee nomination or an award.

RULE NINE — OFFICIAL STATUS LEVELS

1. The Stay Awards may recognize properties through official status levels, including Official Entrant, Official Nominee, and Winner.
2. Only selected properties will receive further instructions regarding announcements, ceremony participation, and official assets.

RULE TEN — PUBLICITY, RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS

1. By submitting, entrants grant The Stay Awards permission to use the property name, logo, and submitted materials (including images and descriptions) for awards-related announcements, press, and marketing.
2. Entrants confirm they own the rights or have permission to submit and share all materials provided.
3. The Stay Awards may request replacements for any materials that are inaccurate, unauthorized, or unsuitable for publication.

RULE ELEVEN — INTEGRITY, VERIFICATION & DISQUALIFICATION

1. The Stay Awards reserves the right to request clarifications and to verify claims made in submissions.
2. Entries containing misleading, unverifiable, or inaccurate information may be disqualified.
3. The Stay Awards may refuse, cancel, or revoke an entry/status in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

RULE TWELVE — CHANGES, DISPUTES & FINAL DECISIONS

1. The Stay Awards may update rules, categories, timelines, and processes where necessary.
2. Any dispute relating to eligibility, category placement, submission materials, or results will be resolved at The Stay Awards’ discretion.
3. All decisions regarding eligibility, nominations, and awards are final.
