What is the deadline for hotel submissions ?

Deadlines for submissions are announced annually on our official website.

We encourage hotels to submit as early as possible to benefit from lower fees and to allow sufficient time for processing.

Submissions will not be accepted after the final late-entry deadline.

Is there a submission fee ?

Yes. The Stay Awards applies a tiered entry fee structure to support the review, evaluation, and processing of submissions.

Fees vary by submission period: Early, Regular, and Late Submission — with the lowest fee available during the Early Submission window.

All fees are non-refundable and payable via the official online submission platform.

Late entries are accepted only if announced and within the specified late-entry window.

Can I submit more than one hotel or property ?

Yes. Hotels and hospitality groups may submit multiple properties, provided that each property meets the eligibility criteria and is submitted as a separate entry with its own fee.

What types of hotels are eligible for submission ?

The Stay Awards accepts a wide range of hospitality properties, including city hotels, resorts, and boutique stays.

All entries must comply with the eligibility criteria outlined in the official Rules & Regulations, including operational status, guest-facing facilities relevant to the submitted categories, and required submission materials.

When will I be notified if my hotel is selected ?

All applicants will be notified via email 2–4 weeks before the official announcement of the nominees.

Only officially selected hotels will receive further instructions regarding participation and next steps.

I am unable to submit my entry. Why is that ?

Common submission issues include:

  • Missing required information or documents

  • Unsupported file formats (photos / PDFs)

  • File size exceeding platform limits

  • Weak internet connection or technical interruptions

  • Browser compatibility issues

Do you accept international hotels and resorts ?

Yes. The Stay Awards celebrates hospitality excellence and accepts submissions from hotels and resorts worldwide, provided they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the official Rules & Regulations.

Who can submit a hotel ?

Submissions may be made by the hotel’s management, owner, marketing team, or any officially authorized representative.

By submitting, the entrant confirms they have the authority to represent the property and that all information provided is accurate.
